Dallaglio entertains the Sandy Park faithful
Rugby World Cup champion Lawrence Dallaglio entertained more than 400 guests at Sandy Park regaling stories from his career as a player and a TV pundit.
The former England captain was the guest of Exeter’s conference & events venue care of Chris Bentley Presents.
In an 18-year career, Dallaglio played his club rugby for London Wasps winning European and domestic cup titles along the way. He played 85 games for England and was selected for three British & Irish Lions tours, so had plenty of stores to tell!
Bentley hosted the evening, which also included a Q&A session with Chiefs’ international players Ethan Roots and Len Ikitau.
A total of 435 guests enjoyed a welcome drink followed by a three-course dinner prepared by Sandy Park’s award-winning chef Craig Beacham.
The evening also featured a live auction which raised £6,025 for the Exeter Chiefs Foundation.
