Flexible meeting rooms at Sandy Park

With five executive suites and eighteen seminar suites, Sandy Park has spaces suitable for meetings large and small. 

The impressive Exeter Suite can seat over 800 people and is adjacent to the County Suite, ideal for a cabaret or theatre style meeting. Our top floor suites, the Chiefs, Estuary and Baxter, offer striking and unrivalled views of the Sandy Park pitch and stadium and the beautiful East Devon countryside. 

Our seminar suites, perfect as small meeting rooms or breakout spaces, are also situated on the top floor and benefit from views of Sandy Park's stunning surrounds and maybe even a rugby player or two training on the pitch. These meeting rooms offer space for groups of up to 60 people and can be configured to suit various capacities and layouts with their moveable walls. 

Top quality audio-visual equipment is available in all rooms, with portable television screens. microphones and data projectors also on offer. All main suites are fitted with an IR Audio Hearing system to ensure that all delegates are able to listen to speakers and presentations. 

Our delegate packages offer an inclusive rate of room hire, catering and equipment or bespoke packages can be created to suit different meeting requirements. 

We pride ourselves in our award-winning customer service from our event planning and operations team, along with our passionate Head Chef and team who specialise in providing top quality cuisine. 

In April 2022 we opened the new, state-of-the-art £36m The Sandy Park Hotel, run by the Marriot group, offering customers and clients of Sandy Park a fabulous location to base themselves whilst with us.

The 250-bed, eight-story development. provides leisure facilities on the entry floor, which also includes a lounge, a snack and coffee bar. The Jewel in the crown of the hotel is a rooftop cocktail bar, together with a spectacular restaurant that boasts picturesque views down the River Exe Estuary and towards Torbay.
