Chef de Partie Required

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie with in this large conference and banqueting facility. We are looking for an experienced chef who is able to work as part of a team within this extremely busy kitchen environment. Experience in large functions and groups is preferred but not essential.

• Ability to demonstrate kitchen and culinary skills
• Ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Passion for Food
• A high standard of personal presentation
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality
