Thank you so much for making yesterday go so extremely well. We were delighted. The food, atmosphere, venue and service were all outstanding. I was so pleased. Please thank the manager who hosted us. He was efficient, professional, charming and friendly. We were well looked after. I’m sure we’ll be booking in with you next year too. It worked brilliantly having the arrivals room in County Suite and everyone appreciated the chatting time and hot drinks.

The hosts and venue were excellent. Marcus (in particular) and Tom were excellent - they were very helpful setting up the IT and constantly checked that all was OK. We broke for coffee 25 minutes early and they responded immediately - the coffee and refreshments were there in minutes. They were very polite and helpful upon departure. Superb venue overlooking the rugby pitch (although some delegates may have been distracted watching the first team train!). Very roomy, airy and comfortable. Definitely recommend it for future events.

Feedback comments are as follows: Excellent speed and service when needing help with projector, good amount of food for number of people who attended. Thank you to the two girls who were doing the catering/tea & coffee for us – we needed to change the timings of one of the tea/coffee rounds very last minute, and they turned this around very quickly so thank you for that. Nothing to fault for the day.
