Save the date for revamped Sandy Park Wedding Fair
Save the date for Sandy Park’s next Wedding Fair, taking place at the award-winning Exeter venue on Sunday, 7th May.
The popular biannual Fair, which for the first time is being held in partnership with national department store Debenhams, will be open between 10.30am and 3.00pm.
There will be plenty of wedding inspiration, with performers from the Vern Allen Group providing plenty of ideas for entertainment and Sandy Park’s Chiefs Suite and Wigwam Marquee decorated for a civil ceremony and wedding breakfast.
A large range of the South West’s best wedding suppliers will also be on hand to offer advice on everything ‘Big Day’ related, including photographers, venues, caterers and florists.
Sarah Precious, Sandy Park’s Event Sales Executive, said: “We’ve registered over 150 brides at each of our previous Wedding Fairs and whilst we had great feedback from these events, we have worked very hard to refresh the Fair to make sure there is more on offer for both exhibitors and attendees.
“We feel those planning weddings will be amazed with the ideas and inspiration our suppliers will have on offer.
“On the other hand, if you are looking to promote your wedding service to local couples there are still opportunities to exhibit at what is set to be our biggest and best Wedding Fair yet.”
Entry is free to the event with each bride-to-be receiving a complimentary Debenhams goody bag. Devon-based company Salcombe Gin will also be attendance offering each bride one of their signature G&Ts. Mini Salcombe Gin samples will also be available for friends and family.
Wendy Roberts, Sales Manager from Exeter’s Debenhams, said: “The Personal Shopper team at Debenhams are excited to be attending the Wedding fair at Sandy Park, as it will be an opportunity to showcase what the personal shopper team provide to our lovely customers and how we can make everyone's experience perfect.
“We will also be showcasing some beautiful outfits from concessions within our store including Jacques Vert who provide a perfect outfit from head to toe. We will be bringing leaflets to also promote the suit service, makeup brands and honeymoon packages. The Jacques Vert company are hoping to set up a competition to win a voucher.”
