Christmas Party Terms & Conditions

All meal bookings must be guaranteed by a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person.  

Bookings will be held provisionally to an agreed date after which they will be released if no deposit is received. All meal bookings must be paid in full by 1st December 2010. If your Christmas party is made later than this date, full payment must be received at the time of booking. We regret no refunds can be made after full payment has been received and we are unable to substitute drinks in lieu of cancellation.

Our party nights need a minimum number of guests to create the “mood” and we therefore reserve the right to cancel any dates and offer an alternative or a full refund.

All meal choices must be reserved in advance.
